Where We Fish in Gulf Shores
Trips run from public beach access points in Gulf Shores, where shallow sandbars just offshore create natural feeding lanes and the water drops off quickly past the first bar. That combination brings big sharks within reach of the sand.
Evening hours line up with peak feeding, as the light fades and the predators move shallow to hunt. Chip picks the best beach for the tide and weather and sends you the spot when you book.
The Trip
Chip Gillikin meets your group on the beach at 6 PM. He sets the rods, rigs the bait, and sends it out past the sandbar with a remote control bait boat, so nobody has to cast. Trips run 6 PM to 10 PM. All gear and bait are included. No experience needed.
